December Brings

Dearest all of our Family and Friends,

Here we are in the middle of December and nearing Christmas! It’s just around the corner.  We’ve had an exciting month so far, what, with all the trees blowing over and transformers exploding all over the city causing all our lights to go out.  November was rain, Decemeber is crazy wind. Josh left downtown Seattle while the storm swelled in. Elliot was flooded from water via Myrtle Edwards … craziness.  We could see the lights for hours in the hills.  Everytime one of those transformers blew it was like christmas. 

On Saturday we went to pick out Della’s first Christmas tree.  We discovered that our neighborhood has a charming tree stand.  Choice trees. Choice spot.  They even had a reindeer … all the way from the north errrr, shelton.  Della is fascinated by lights … so we thought a bit of holiday cheer would be good.

We want you to know how much we are thinking about you this holiday season–Warrens, Cooks, Trumps, Stokers, Schumachers and Lastalas; Sells, Yamakawas, Yules, VanDykes, Rohrmans, Enstams, Williams, Kims and Yis. We wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a glorious New Year.
