Welcome to little Alaska.
If the districts of a city can be named after parts of the world based off of who live there, why not not name the areas after the weather? We may live in Seattle, but for some reason our little corner gets the weather differently. There was some snow and ice over the last 24 hours … but ours looks like a light blizzard. An inch of ice on the roads, solid. A great day for sledding …
